Orders are prepared within a maximum of 48 hours and are sent from Tuesday to Friday.

You will be informed by email as soon as your order is picked up by the carrier of your choice.

Your order will only be shipped when all ordered products are available.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the delivery method chosen.

To Metropolitan France:

• Mondial Relay: 3 to 5 working days after dispatch of your order.
• Chronopost: 3 to 5 working days after dispatch of your order.

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from our logistics provider HAPPY COLIS with your tracking number.

Once the order has been shipped, your tracking number will also appear in your customer area, "My orders" tab.

You can track the status of your delivery from your account or from the carrier's website using your tracking number.

If the address provided when ordering is incorrect or you have not had time to collect your package from your collection point, your package will be returned to us by the carrier.

Once your package has been received, it cannot be returned to you and will be automatically refunded within a maximum of 21 working days.

If the delivery time announced by the delivery method you have chosen is exceeded, we invite you to contact us.

Our team is at your disposal to provide you with all the necessary assistance.

We will make the link between Happy Colis and Mondial Relay.

In the event of loss, please note that Mondial Relay takes an average of 21 working days for their investigation.

If the address provided when ordering is incorrect, or if you have chosen a Mondial Relay locker, you cannot change it; your package will be returned to us by the carrier.

This cannot be returned to you and will be automatically refunded within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the package in our warehouse.

Once your order has been paid for and placed, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel it.

Indeed, once your order is validated, it is very quickly transmitted to our logistics team to be prepared and sent as quickly as possible.

Once you have received your order, you can return the items to us within 14 days for a refund.

Return costs from mainland France are not offered and are at your expense.

We ask that items be returned in perfect condition, clean, unused and unwashed.

Please make sure the item you are returning is in its original condition, including packaging and barcode.

Without this, we will not be able to accept your return and issue a refund.

To make your return, please send us your request via your customer account, specifying the reason for the return so that we can send you the shipping label.

Once your return has been received and validated by our warehouse, we will refund your order within 14 days.

If this deadline is exceeded, you can contact us.

This refund will be made to your original payment method.

It is not possible to exchange an item .

If you wish to exchange a product, you will first need to return it and then place another order.

We remind you that neoprene is a flexible and deformable material, which when cut or printed (heated at 300°) can be deformed. Therefore, the size of the mats may differ by + or - 1 inch.

The format cannot therefore be guaranteed (current rate of returns on this issue = less than 1% of orders)

Here are some tips for properly maintaining your mousepad gaming mat:

1. Clean your carpet regularly with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust.
   
   
2. If your rug is very dirty, you can wipe it with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use harsh chemicals that could damage the rug.
   
   
3. If the carpet is really stained, you can machine wash it cold , and definitely do not spin.
   
   
4. To iron your rug, place a bath towel over the printed area. Use your iron on the "very low heat" setting; you can then increase the temperature depending on the desired result.
   
5. BUT NEVER IN HIGH HEAT.
   
6. NEVER IRON DIRECTLY ON THE CARPET.
   
7. DO NOT IRON THE RUBBER PART!!
   
8. Allow your rug to dry completely before rolling or storing.
   
9. Store your mat flat or rolled up, in a dry place away from direct light. Its carrying bag is perfect . If possible, store your mat horizontally, or hang it on a rod using the small strap on the battle bag.
   
10. Avoid excessive folding or twisting of your rug, as this could damage it.
