The World Team Championship is an annual team tournament for the tabletop miniatures game "Warhammer 40,000".
This is the most important event in Warhammer 40K, where nations from all over the world come to compete in national teams to be crowned world champions.
Any nation can join the WTC as long as half of its 8 men are citizens of that country. This makes WTC the most diverse 40K event in the world.
The event takes place over a 3-day period where teams compete to accumulate the most points and become the champions of the event. The 3-day team event is also preceded by a 2-day solo event where players can both practice for the team event and compete against the best players from around the world.
