Roughly speaking.
For exactly 9 months I have been working day and night to put together Crank Wargame .
It took me 9 months to give birth to my first baby. It was done in tears and sweat, minus the epidural. Luckily, I was joined by my Frodo and my Sam, I named Léa and Armand . So I am this damn ring.
Rather than telling you about our walk from the Shire to Mordor , I'll tell you how it all began.
A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away...
It all started when I was 11 years old in a small town in the south of France. It was a sunny Wednesday afternoon with no school. The perfect afternoon to stay locked in a room and play...
Every Wednesday, my friend and I would spend hours playing all kinds of games.
That day my friend said to me: "Do you know HERO QUEST ? It's crazy!"
And honestly, it was crazy...
No need to say more, you probably already know. For you, it could have been any wargame, board game, card game, or any role-playing game. And it was crazy too...you were addicted.
But sometimes that addiction goes away. Sometimes you have less time to play, sometimes it's just everyday life that takes up more space.
Then one day, another Wednesday afternoon but at work this time, one of my best friends said to me:
"Hey, did you know there's a new version of 40k coming out?!"

I remembered everything. All my games, all my adventures.
I was 11 again... but 11 with a credit card!
It was 1 year ago.
Today, after spending 15 years as an employee as a graphic designer, I'm taking the plunge.
I will create my dungeons, my battlefields!
And it's going to be crazy!
