  • Please note that gift cards do not have an expiry date, so they remain valid as long as they are not used.

  • Gift cards work like discount codes. To use their card, customers must enter the card code in the “Gift card or discount code” field at checkout.

  • If the balance of the card exceeds the value of the basket, then the amount will be deducted from the card, and the code can be reused on a future purchase.

  • Conversely, if the card balance is less than the basket amount, then the customer will need to enter a payment method to pay the supplement.

We offer delivery of your orders to your home or to a pick-up point.

  • The sending of parcels is managed by a logistician, as soon as your order is validated, it is sent automatically to the preparation platform, and it is delivered to the carrier during the day (if order placed before 11 a.m.).

  • The transport of your order is the responsibility of the carrier, Mondial Relay, La Poste or Private Parcel. In case of loss, do not panic and contact us :)

  • All orders placed after 11 a.m. on Fridays and weekends will be processed the following Tuesday.

  • All orders are subject to a tracking number which is sent to you automatically as soon as your package is delivered to the carrier.

We have chosen to use the Happy Colis secure transport solution via Dispeo.

We have chosen to have only one price for all our mats at 10 euros by Mondial Relay.
